After Dinner Speakers: John Kettley, Lee Westwood, Thierry Henri
John Kettley - arguably Britain's most famous and favourite weather presenter John spent 30 years with the Met Office before starting a freelance career and becoming a partner of British Weather Services in October 2000.
During his time at the Met Office, he produced and presented weather forecasts for BBC TV’s Midlands Today and Central TV. In 1985 he became the lead weather presenter for BBC national television. He was also resident weather consultant and presenter for The Travel Show.
Other television appearances include Blankety Blank, Telly Addicts, Call My Bluff and Watchdog.
If there’s one thing that has made John more famous than perhaps any other weather forecaster, it’s the 1988 hit song by the Tribe of Toffs, John Kettley is a Weatherman.
An ardent cricket fan, John is an experienced and entertaining speaker of the highest calibre.
